I llove these lights for ambience in my pub room. They work very well up or down but i hve them in pendants which have frosted shades. the frosted shades especially add to the realistic flame look. The screw in to a normal bulb holder easily and being led use very little power. I have since bought another set and love them for creating a warm glow in my dark and moody pub room

I bought these in September of 2024 for my outdoor lights and one just burnt out yesterday, so I figured I’d leave a review. Theee are phenomenal!!! Literally like I said bought these 2 years ago and they’ve barely ever been turned off and look so good day and night. Buying 4 more right now !

The flame effect of these bulbs do NOT look like what is pictured which looks like real fire. However, I could see how these bulbs would look great in outdoor lighting fixtures in in table lamps for Christmas. They were made with attention to quality whereas I might consider placing a wired bulb in a pumpkin for Halloween. I'm going to try to go some big ones this summer. I originally bought these bulbs and sep. sold plug in socket adapters to make more fire light behind my faux fireplace insert. These bulbs won't work b/c they are too big or rather the clearance space a the back of the insert is too narrow. I found alternate bulbs and a socket set which should work better. That said, these bulbs are almost as big as those swirly style fluorescent bulbs, maybe a bit wider. I hope this helps someone else considering these bubls.

Really nice flicker and amber tone. I got these to put one outside to add some autumnal charm this year. I tested it inside first though and these lights are SO comforting. If you enjoy candles flickering, you may like this indoors. I put one on my bedside table now too!

This looks so awesome on our outdoor entry. So old fashioned and it looks so realistic. Love it!

Well two bulbs are burnt out already and I just purchased the bulbs in January. That is the reason for the three star rating. I knew these would not be bright for safety purposes so just as long as people know that going in. They are very cool at night, but I am very disappointed that they don’t last longer for the price. They are on a timer for darkness only so we don’t need them on all day long.

The bulbs are awesome and they definitely look like a real flame. I have two others on my garage door and love the effect. We have an older home so we love to have those kind of character items throughout.
