VörPecan Butter (11oz Jar)

Important to remember because I almost returned it.. when you receive it looks awful and watery and clumpy thick on bottom like in the 3 pictures.. but when you stir slowly for a about 3 minutes it will be perfect & creamy like in the 4th picture and it will stay creamy.the flavor is so much better than the rest & has a real roasted flavor where the others not even close... I Love this brand...once you stir it the consistency is perfect.I have purchased this many times and will definitely buy again!!

This “butter” has the consistency of soup. I was originally worried because some people wrote reviews for this brand’s hazelnut butter saying that it arrived without an expiration date and unsealed, however I ordered both the hazelnut butter and the pecan butter and both have 2019 expiration dates and are sealed. My problem is that when you shake the pecan butter, the contents slosh around like soup. The consistency of the hazelnut butter is normal so I don’t understand why this one is so liquidy. I even tried refridgerating the pecan butter to harden it but it didn’t help. DISGUSTING and WAY OVERPRICED for the quality. Also, no returns allowed for this item so buyer beware!

Mine arrived with NO label. There was a product code on the back but that is it. Reading the reviews I do now know to refrigerate it and I printed the calorie, etc label. I am not returning it, but it is so strange to get a product with no label. It does look like soup. I tasted it, and it is good tasting. Sticking with it, but hope to get a jar with a label next time. It is better than most pecan butter I have tried.

I was concerned about the prior reviews. I do understand what they meant about the liquid. At first looking at it prior to opening it I could see some soup liquid in it. However, opening it just on the top. Sprouts nut butters often has the oil or soupy on top too. My butter was solid and tasty and I ate it with KerryGold Butter. I will definitely order again.

I've like Vör stuff I've bought in the past, but I'm not sure if this settling of some pieces is natural or a problem, but I'm going through chemo right now and no time to be daring. I haven't seen this mentioned in any other comments are questions. I'm not going to try to return it, just not happening with my current health forcing me to isolate even more during COVID. I will likely just toss unless someone can convince me this is safe. Sad about this.

I noticed this last batch that I purchased was thinner in consistency than usual, so I just dumped out a little bit of the oil on top before mixing it - and the consistency was perfect then.

I had ordered this product previously, and it was OK, so I ordered 2 more jars. These are very runny and oily, while pecan butter is normally quite thick. It almost seems like they added oil to it, because it runs and drips off the spoon. And the flavor is very bland & watered down. I won't order anymore.

I ate a spoon and it tasted good. Tasted very sweet compared to almond butter and other nut butter.Only less than 1/4 of the jar has pecan, all the rest is super liquid. The content definitely does not look like the picture online.
