Nice alternative to power kitchen scale, vs. AA batteries.
I bought this adapter so I could use the LED backlight on my MyWeigh KD7000 kitchen scale without going through AA batteries all time. So far I've had no problems with the unit. The power cord cord is a nice length, long enough to give me some flexibility on where the scale can sit on my counter. The round plug fits very tightly in the back of the scale; you have to use some force to insert it, but it doesn't cause any problems. All in all I'm happy with this purchase.

This is one of those products I am torn about. Having to buy it separately, frustrates me. However as a person who runs her own small business, I kind of "get it." The product itself is great! It arrived before the expected date, in great condition. It fits the scale perfect, & I like it isn't loose fitting like some side purchased adapters that are made for more than one product.

Did Not Work
We got this for our KD7000 because ours didn’t come with one and the description mentioned it worked for this scale. Well, it didn’t even turn it on, we took the batteries out to see if maybe thats why it didn’t work, that wasn’t the case either, so now we have a plug we can’t use.
