I don't think so. I believe these are made for non water type devices. I use them in a plug in unit.

Yes it's compatible with your Vicks V3700. These Vapo Pads are quite expensive, I think. They're priced at between $12.70 and $15.?? for 12 pads.

Yes. The side of the Vicks VapoPads package lists them as working with the model V1800. (I have a V150SGN and they work great.)

Can u use n a humidifier that is not a vicks??

Only if your humidifier has the slot specifically for the vapo pads. My humidifier came with these in it but will also take other brands
