Are these honey gritty or grainy because they are raw or the honey is smooth?

No, these honeys were very smooth and delicious! However, it is natural for these raw honeys to harden and solidify after time or when the temperature is too cold, but usually hardening is an indication that they are either old or the temperature is not conducive to the honey staying in a smooth state. But when I received these they were perfect and they're small bottles so I used them fairly quickly and they never solidified. The taste was excellent though and I'd highly recommend.

Where does the honey come from?

Thanks for your question. Our American Raw Clover honey is sourced from bees foraging the Dakotas, Montana, and other Midwest states. The American Raw Orange Blossom is sourced from Florida and California. Lastly, our American Raw Berry comes from various berry fields in the Pacific Northwest, Wisconsin, Michigan, Maine, and other Northeast states.
