This supp deserves 100 stars in my opinion. So far i've gone thru 15 bottles. I wud'nt repeat buying so often if it didnt wrk. I even had a couple of friends buying it. Prior to using TWO PER DAY my urologist told me my bladder walls were weak, meaning my peeing wud b frequent due to the bladder walls not holding pressure effectively. I was scouting online one nite & ran into this supp. Somehow i was moved by the name. Its one thing taking a supp 2 times per day. Its quite another when it actually name TWO PER DAY. In short order after taking them i notice my bladder was able to hold my urine. Absolutely zero bladder pressure. These days i go thru an entire day without peeing untill after wrk i pee one good amount. Getting up at nights is no no no for me n am 63. If i dont take any other supp, i have to take TWO PER DAY. Am married to these supps for life. Yes! They makes ur pee more yellow than normal n it smells kinda mediciney. That is good news because it means ur body is absorbing it. Buy it guys, especially you older ones. You cant go wrong.

Life extension multivitamins are the best in my opinion, these are high absorption unlike low quality ones. These contain many essential vitamins and a good dose of each. Others have way less mg of each vitamin. And if you get the tablet version, it’s pretty cheap too. Highly recommend

I was having low energy levels at the end of the day, but within a month since I started having these tablets, I feel drastically better at the end of the day. I just pop a pill every day after lunch, keeping one bottle at my office desk and one at my home on dinning table. The pills do have slight pungent odour, yellowish colour and pill size average.

Effective and overall good vitamin. But please the small and after taste is awful!!!!

Taste & smell: Since these are tablets, there’s no real “taste,” but they do have a slightly strong vitamin smell when you open the bottle. It’s not unpleasant, just typical. Once you swallow them, there’s no aftertaste. The tablets are on the larger side, which might be a bit challenging if you’re not used to swallowing pills. Personally, I take them with plenty of water and it’s fine, but it’s something to keep in mind. I didn’t experience any major side effects. However, if I take them on an empty stomach, I sometimes feel mild nausea, so I definitely recommend taking them with meal. Also, like with many B-complex vitamins, they can turn your urine bright yellow—

I have tried so many sheets over the years cheap to very expensive, and at 65yrs I have finally found some that aren't scratchy, don't pill, wrinkle or get bunched up, are easy to wash, and STAY COOL. I am a hot sleeper, especially now and I don't wake up in a sweat at night or feel like I've been hit by a truck when I wake up in the morning. I bought an amazing memory foam mattress topper from Amazon and I just melt into those sheets. I don't mean to sound dramatic, but proper sleep is extemely important to me and I don't have time for nasty garbage nonsense sheets. I recommend these A #1!!
