SMARTAKE 200 Pcs Parchment Paper Baking Sheets, 12x16 Inches Non-Stick Precut Baking Parchment, for Baking Grilling Steaming Bread Cup Cake Cookie and More (Unbleached)

Almost 5 years ago I bought a pack of 100 of these sheets and I have used them exhaustively for many different things, mostly sourdough bread and cooking bacon. Yes above 450 degrees the edges of the paper will brown and crisp, but you aren't supposed to use it that high anyway (I still do btw.) This size is awesome for bacon because it overlaps the sides of your pan, keeping all of the grease inside and your pan clean making clean up SO EASY (put the paper on a baking sheet, lay down a single layer of bacon and then bake in your oven at maybe 400 degrees until bacon is crisp.) These work so great and seamlessly that I did not realize that there was such a thing as crappy parchment paper until I used another brand besides this one. I got hundreds of sheets from a restaurant supply store (different brand) and was so mad when multiple loaves of bread were ruined by sticking to the paper. In the end I threw ALL of them away -- total garbage (although in retrospect I should have kept them for gift wrapping paper.) So now I am back on Amazon to buy a pack of 200 of these fabulous oversized sheets. My only fear is that they will stop making them that is why I bought extra this time. They arrive wonderfully packaged all laying nice and flat in an easy to store cardboard sleeve which I keep in my pantry. The convenience of the pre-cut has ruined me; I will never buy parchment rolls again. If you need parchment paper for a wide variety of cooking needs THIS IS THE ONE! I also recommend getting the smaller size that fits your sheet pans exactly for things like roasting vegetables etc.

Great parchment sheets for my Nordic ware pans. These are easy to grab without having to fight a roll of parchment. I’ve had no issue with anything sticking. I keep them in the box with my pans and they stay neat and organized that way. I will continue to purchase these.

These parchment paper baking sheets are great. Precut for baking pans! They are so convenient. No more curling parchment paper. You won’t be disappointed!

I love these. I got a size that fits my baking sheets and it is so easy no more rolling paper etc. yes it can get a tiny bit wet with oil but it holds just perfectly, I bake beans with sauces or cookies or potatoes etc. on it. It works really well I love it. Highly recommend

These work fantastic on my 2 very large sheet pans. I can use one sheet for batch after batch of cookies.

I love the idea of pre cut Smartake Parchment Paper. I seem to struggle with cutting the rolled paper- the cutting edge ALWAYS getting damaged, and me ending up with odd torn sheets. So this looked like a great idea and was an exact fit for my baking sheets. The only problem is these are a stack of 200 sheets, 12x16 inches. I don’t know what I expected; maybe in a smaller box that I could pull out a sheet at a time and it would fit in my kitchen drawer? Not sure where we are expected to store this large but flat pack. So while the product is excellent and super convenient, I take away 1 star for lack of storage convenience. I’m sure I’ll figure it out, but just wanted others to be aware ahead of time, especially if you have a small or limited storage space in your kitchen.

Amazing purchase, love using it when doing any kind of cooking. Such a big help with clean up when cooking. Would recommend to anyone who cooks or bakes. I will definitely be purchasing more.

Easy to use, easy to grab. Parchment paper is always needed in our house. Pre cut is always the way to go. Clean lines, fits pans perfectly and no tearing.

These are so handy. I like that they are precut. Great for lining pans, easier clean up. Also great to use when rolling out dough. I use two sheets, one on top & one on the bottom.
