I ordered this because I wanted to be able to scrape off algae in the hard to reach spots. I was able scrape off EVERYTHING stuck on the glass. The tank is looking new again. The razor is very thin and flexible, so I am confident that it won't scratch the glass. With that said, sand and rocks can scratch your glass so becareful to not get any in between the scraper and glass. I'm unsure how well the scraper will work on acrylic tank as acrylic is considerably softer than glass and will scratch easier.The seller's customer service was very helpful when I contacted them.Warning! The razor is very sharp, so be careful when handling around hands, fish, and plants.

This Friend Zone scraper is better than the magnetic flipper float, because it allows for precise removal of algae in corners and allows for more or less pressure depending on the area that needs scraping. Remember to be careful on the corners, because you don't want to scrape the silicone holding your glass together. The scraper comes with replaceable blades, and one blade lasts a long time in between water change outs.The Chinese name branding is a little weird, but it's the tool that matters. If you do a search on Amazon, this exact tool is being sold at different price points with different name branding, so just buy the cheapest one.

This scraper and its parts work terrific, I can clean my tank with ease, no scratches, just excellent scraping and cleaning, although blades do not last long, but can be turned around to use both sides, still not lasting, but new blades are pretty cheap, works great, brush is great for scrubbing rocks, decorations, tough corners of algae, happy with purchase.

I am so happy with this purchase. We have had a fish tank for at least 33 years. I don’t know why we never owned something like this before. No longer have to stick my hand/arm in the tank and scrub. We have had a harder time with algae recently I think due to a new light and having the lights on more. Anyway I love this scraper and brush. Way sturdier than I expected due to the price. Was a bit hesitant as to the effectiveness of the blades as bending type but was thrilled with how easy it cleaned the glass.

This scraper works really well. Comes with everything you need including a little tool to insert the blades, a package of which are included. It's very sturdy, and I'm sure will hold up for years.

Packaging is great and nothing was damaged. I like how sharp the blades are and how easy it is to scrap off the algae from the glass. This blades are easily changeable. There are 3 extensions that allows for you to reach deep into your tank for ease of cleaning. So far seems like a good sturdy tool that makes life easier when it comes to cleaning aquariums.

I had no problems with the head swiveling. I cleaned the algae off my saltwater tank in about 5 minutes, super easy and came with a bunch of replaceable razors.

Good bang for the buck. It cleaned all the algae off my 13.5 gallon evo that a magnet scrapper didn't. I fully recommend this product
