Great Low Carb Bread CoEverything - 1 Loaf

Yes its over priced but hay we really don't have many options for super low carb bread. ..I found out i was type 2 diabetic about 10 months ago and have completely turned my diet and exercise program around ..I have managed to go from 11.7 a1c in January to 6.0 in Oct. Without any insulin or pills just clean eating and alot of walking running and iron pumping !! So I haven't had a slice of bread all year .. So even though the price seemed ridiculous I gave it a try .. Wow I am really impressed with this (great low carb bread company "everything" bread ..it showed up in a bubble mailer with card board for protection .I couldn't wait to rip in to it so I popped a couple slices in the toaster and buttered then up ... Was actually not bad for having no carbs and testing my blood sugar before and 1 hour after eating 4 slices with butter my numbers actually went down !! So the next day I brought some to work with leftover roast beef and onion with some of the juice for cooking in a bowl for dipping the buttered toast in ..OMG it was so good this way ..7 grams of fiber per slice is so awesome too because its kinda hard to get that much fiber on a super low carb dirt without eating raw broccoli by the truck load ..So in summation I would definitely recommend giving this product the benefit of the dought and at least try it once ..Im going to try some of there other low carb breads and bagels and keep yall posted ..Zak

I just got my bread today and gave it a quick test. I think it's gonna taste great toasted. Not so bad right out of the bag too. I will not order again though. It's my fault for purchasing so quickly that I didn't notice that the shipping is $4 more than the bread. Ouch!

This is the very best lo carb bread. I have tried many and this is the closest to ‘real’ bread. Wonderful toasted with butter!

I'm not particularly fond of this bread and probably wouldn't buy it again unless I couldn't find the one I am now using. I much prefer Sami's. they have multigrain dinner rolls, bagels, 7 grain (great for grilled cheese sandwich), and raisin cinnamon bread for a snack or breakfast side. Shipping is high, but I found mine at a local health food store.

As a low carb advocate I haven't eaten bread in probably 20 years. I had my 1st grilled cheese sandwich after buying this bread. I'm out and will be ordering more.

For a low carb bread, it's not bad. Of course, it's not going to taste like the regular bread. The texture is different. But it tastes good and makes great sandwiches.

Needs to be toasted

I have become a bread addict with the Low Carb Bread Company. All their bread goods are delicious without the guilt! I will continue to order from this store because of the quality of the products and the quickness in delivery.
