Yes they work.
I bought these to avoid the "keto flu". I got these this morning. Took one with lunch and another with dinner. 6 hours later I'm peeing like a racehorse, so I think that's a good sign. I get my test strips on Sat.Will Update to tell you how it's working. Update:I tested myself and I have ketones in my urine so they helped with that. Not so much for the keto flu. I have the headaches and the nausea but I've been told I'll feel better in a week.

keto all day long, I'm doing the keto thing and trying all the supplements right now in hopes it helps support the keto diet, this one I like better than the stronger version, I just feel better taking it.

Excellent Ketogenic Diet Supplement
Exogenous ketone supplements are very useful in getting you back into ketosis if you inadvertently consume more carbs than you should on a ketogenic diet. This one is at what I consider to be the 'goldilocks zone' for supplements. A serving is 2 capsules which contain 800mg of three different ketone salts. At 800mg, this helps to maintain your ketosis, and you can always increase the dose to 3 or 4 capsules to the recommended 1200 - 1600mg of ketone salts to help push you back into ketosis if you get bumped out. I've personally had to do that on several occasions, especially around the holidays when you tend to eat more food prepared by others. You never really know what is in some of the dishes you eat at potlucks and such, and so having these as part of my morning routine is an excellent way of maintaining my ketosis.

Awesome for keto diet
I was trying keto diet but I was in keto out. Didn't make much difference
Didn't work like others I have tried. Other pills I have tried actually give me hot flashes. These didnt.

This form of minerals is absorbed better.
