I've never had any issue with this machine like the negative reviews point out. My espresso is super concentrated with a lot of foam and very strong liquid. The shots come out really hot from my machine to the point where I can't drink it for 10-15min until it cools. I'm sure it could be hotter but it's more than enough as is. It's really easy to use. No issues.

I got this for my husband after his little 15 year old Krupps cappuccino maker went belly-up. The water reservoir and the independent frother are an essential improvement. From the very first cup we were sold on this machine. I never used his old one because I had to add water every time and it was just too complicated to use. This is easy to use and makes a good layer creama on the top of the espresso.

The first one I got worked for a couple weeks. Then it started leaking where you put the espresso and the steamer stopped working too.So I got a second one to replace it. The second one didn't work all together! Made noises, I waited the time for the air to get through... still nothing.... then eventually it shut off automatically and never dispensed water....Not worth the money!!!!! Don't waste your time.

Wow! Very very happy with purchase! Stainless steel steamer/frother is amazing, can unscrew head and soak in hot water to clean. The whole machine is easy to clean, simple to use, and I use it multiple times a day sometimes and its going strong as if it were brand new. A+++++

Good so far. Haven't had any problem, easy to use but it is semi automatic, so you do need to watch the coffee coming out and stop it when needed. But for the price, it works quite well. Feels well built and I expect it will hold up, time will tell. My wife and I happily sip on latte's from the comfort of the kitchen with minimal effort.

This machine does not provide hot coffee. I have tried leaving the machine on for 10-15 minutes and it still does not heat up. It only provides lukewarm Coffee. This expression machine holds only a small amount of coffee where you pour the grounds into so if you pour too much coffee in your cup it will be a bit watery and not a good strong expresso. I do not recommend this machine if you desire a good cup of expresso

Wish there were 2 sizes vs the one size to pour the coffee ( not sure what you call the thing you pour the coffee into prior to making tour drink...

I love the product. It is durable and delivers an authentic espresso drink in minutes. The steamer gets milk very frothy and allows the customer to create espresso made at home that tastes like a professional drink.
