This is the best shampoo that I ever used. The smell reminds me of being at the ocean and of a shampoo that you might find at an high class resort in the Caribbean. I've used this many times over the last 4+ years after I first found it. When I ordered from Amazon in past, it arrived nicely packed and the bottle was shrink wrapped in plastic for protection. This time both bottles were placed in a box, no packing material, no shrink wrap and the pump on both bottle was popped out and some shampoo had leaked out of both. They looked like they were used bottles that might have been returned to Amazon. I will be sending these back.

The package was delivered with two bottles of shampoo. One of the bottle's dispensing pump was in the open position and leaked a small amount. The pumps must be in closed position and fixed in that position. This is second time a shipment has leaked. The dispensing pump must be closed and locked in that position so it can't leak.

This is one of the best shampoo's around smells so good, leaves my hair feeling clean. 10/10

This is my 3rd bottle and I love this product! I do not even need to use the cream rinse.

My hair shines every time - using this shampoo

I've been ordering this product for a couple of years, it is a good shampoo. However, this time, the bottles were poorly packaged. They leaked heavily in the box, there was no bubble wrap or other packaging. Product is a five star, packaging a zero.

Love the product. Packaging needs to be better. Every bottle I order is received with a broken dispenser top. Keep your old ones! You’ll need them. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
