Uncle John's Bathroom Reader Nature Calls

If you have enjoyed the subject matter of Uncle John's last twenty three years, you will like this volume also. It is easy to read, the subjects are varied and interesting, the humor is plentiful and the puns are tongue-in-cheek (pardon the pun). I can't leave my B.R.I. books in the bathroom, I like reading them more often than what I can read there. After reading my twenty some-odd copies I have become a wealth of useless information and encyclopedic in my ability to recall information.

My family both immediate and extended love the bathroom books. I use them as gifts for family and friends a lot. Everyone loves a book and these are wonderful little stories that are quick to read as you pass the time in the John. There are a lot out there and I don't think I have bought a bad one. The books always bring laughs.

As a person who is known for enjoying trivia & "UBIs" (Useless Bits of Information), I certainly enjoy all of Uncle John's Bathroom Readers. Some of the articles are humorous, others sad, but always engaging.

This is another great Uncle John book full of facts, minutia, trivia and interesting stories. All these stories just happen to pertain to ecology, the environment, strange creatures, weather and other outdoor things.Good book. Well put together. Enjoyable.As a Biology Teacher I enjoyed this book and will use lots of the information and facts in my classroom.

I think my problem with this book is that i read to fast, already done with it and I seem to be burning through these books faster and faster. Maybe a Uncle Johns Very Extended edition should be made.

I own many, many, many of Uncle John's bathroom readers. I can't seem to get enough useless knowledge. I read them every night in bed (never in the bathroom). I can't go to sleep until I get my Uncle John's trivia fix. Read one and you too will be addicted to them.

These books are always CLASSIC! They are a series of books that my husband and I both enjoy reading! I especially enjoy this one because I really enjoy learning new things about science, nature, and animals!

I got my husband one of the books in this series a few years ago and he has been hooked ever since. He loves the Uncle John's Bathroom reader books. Full of all sorts of information. I have even started reading them myself. I highly recommend them!

This book is perfect for the bathroom or any other room. I`m going to become a big fan of this series. I also bought the book used and it is like brand new, don`t be afraid to buy used they are usually pretty good shape.

nature Calls is everything I expect form Uncle John - a lot of information with a side of humour.
