V Personal Go Fan

Only used this once in the golf cart. Worked well. Puts off quite a bit of air.

It it very well made. Fits in the beverage holder perfectly. A little noisy at high speed but I'll trade that for being cooler. Love the fact that it is continuous variable spoed. . Makes fine adjustments easy.

The PGF Fans are a good fan, but very pricey. They are extremely resilient and hold their charge for a long time. I bought one for my golf cart and in order to get the air to passengers from the cup holder you had to turn the speed of the fan up pretty high and that means more noise (not the best option on the golf course); the fix was to mount the fans behind the passengers (they fit nicely into a universal sand bottle holder (just remember to get the "flat bottom" sand bottle holders, not the "humped ones"). They are not all bad , and in true confession form, I did by two - one for the passenger and one for the driver. They are easily removed and can be transported to any golf course - the cup holders provided by the manufacturer are customized by golf cart model so bring them all with you or find out in advance what Golf Cart is used at the course you are playing.

Fan works great in the hot Florida sun but it is loud and I had to turn it off when other players were teeing off. The base fit great on my EZ Go golf cart and was very sturdy but when sitting on a table to charge it was easily tipped over and fell to the floor. The cover came off of the fan when it hit the floor but it easily snapped back on. Recharge is done very quickly in under three hours. When not disturbing other golfers the fan provides a nice strong breeze. Another golfer in my group bought this fan for $200 from the local EZ Go dealer so be careful how much you pay.

I love the large volume of high speed air that this little dynamo creates. When golfing in Florida, one needs a refreshing burst of air to cool off after each hole. This portable fan does the job beautifully. It also is great for traveling because it can stand up anywhere like on a night stand or picnic table. The design of the hard foam ring adapters fits perfectly in my EZ-Go golf cart and then can easily be changed out to fit in my boyfriends Yamaha cup-holders. It's an engineering marvel. The motor is relatively quiet for something that moves a lot of air. When you plug in the power adapter, it will run all night long and recharge at the same time. Well worth the expensive price tag.
