For once a timer that actually does what it is suppose to!!! I have bought 6 different feeder timers within 2 weeks trying to get one that actually works. Had to send everyone one of them back! Not 1 of them worked. Came a cross THE-TIMER when I was running out of hope. This Timer actually works as advertised. I use my feeders year round so if this TIMER acts up I will let you know with a update to this review. For now it is working exactly as designed! The original timer it replaced was over 25 yrs old. They definitely don't make things like they used to!

EDIT #2: I cannot find there number to call them and ask about the warranty repalcement. I still havent heard anything from them. I am glad i bought a second one to use during this past deer season. EDIT: " This feeder was under warranty and i went through the process of getting it replaced and they sent me a print out to mail it back to them out of pocket and i havent heard anything back from them, its been about 2 months now and multiple attempts to contact them and nothing in response so i dont know what is going on with the return. I had ordered a new one so i had one for deer season this year and i will put the warranty replaced one into my other feeder but no luck as of yet. I just found there number again so ill call them in a couple of weeks and find out whats happening and report back here." So I bought a good battery from another company with this timer. I put it in the feeder box and it was all hooked up to a solar panel. Here we are 3 years later and feeder will not go off. With fresh batteries the timer looks like it works for a moment then after trying to set the time , it starts showing the same number multiple times all over the screen each button you press changes all the numbers to a new number. SO i think 3 years was a good run for this timer. Here i am buying a new one! :)

I had to replace four timers on the Moultrie Feeders and decided to purchase this timer. A little more money but it is well worth every penny. Great workmanship, easy to set-up, easy to install. I took the crap timer out of the Moultrie feeder and put this new timer in a small independent waterproof box with battery and it is unbelievable how great, simple and lasting this unit has been.

Compare to Moultrie crap, it's day and night. No instruction except at the back of the box but it's so easy to program you don't need more than that. All buttons and the display are illuminated a few seconds when touching one button so if it's dark where you are you see what you are doing. I am wondering where it's built... USA? Doesn't look like China made products but more like heavy duty and proudly made in USA or CANADA. The battery insite keeps your settings so if you have to disconnect the timer from it's main source as for maintenance or replacement of your 12V battery. Finally, the test button is very useful to see if feed inside your distrubutor is blocked ou clogged by humidity, without having to program a setting few minutes later and wait for it like a donkey. Again, Moultrie and other cheap companies still have a long way to go to offer something suitable and thrustable like this. I use it to feed my wild boars in enclosures so it must work well and I'm not there all days of the week to verify if it works. Hope it will last long... as for now it really worth the price because unfortunately, it didn't came with warranty certificate that is maybe the only down point considering the price of it. Thanks

Was using Game Winner on my feeders before until they slowly, one by one, bit the bullet. I bought this one a year ago, based on my neighbor's review of it. Scheduling run times is more or less the same as GW models. It's perhaps a little bit easier. I love the huge display; it is MUCH easier to read. Testing is also much easier. It's been a year and this is still going strong. All the other brand timers I have will be phased out and replaced with these.

Best timer that I've seen. Easy to set up. Last a long time. But as with everything else seems to be getting a bit pricey. Price is the only bad thing
