I am quite satisfied with the quality, craftsmanship and design. Luckily it perfectly matched with our dining table. Great product and I would certainly recommend this.

Although the product quality is good, there is something very wrong about this one. I ordered this set twice and received incomplete orders both the times. Instead of 5 items shown in the picture I only received 3 both the times

Of the total lot, I found tray different( the golden lining was completely missing)from the set and off quality as well. Since I ordered for gifting, I had no choice but to wrap it. Rest of the pieces are good and the packing of the products was also nicely done. Though I had to remove it before gifting further to check the quality. And I want to be compensated for the defected item..

Nice finish, solid build.

Received in a damaged box. Two of the five items look used as they have scratches on them. Cutlery stand is neatly polished only from outside but rough from inside. Serving platter is poorly finished (uneven polish). Not worth the amount.

All the items are pretty sturdy, of premium quality and good value for money. I ordered it for a party and was amazed to get it delivered within 2 days. All of the items turned out pretty useful for the party.

This is what I say a complete solution should look like. Best part is that as these have similar core products being used, it makes it more authentic and premium.

I have paid for my full rider if 5 items however received only 4. After multiple follow up on email I am unable to receive my order. When I try phone number it always come off.
