Fridge Jug Pitcher, 1.5 litres, Clear PC, White lid ® Chabrias Ltd

When this item arrived I thought that it looked okay but when I picked it up it seemed very flimsy, it has a screw on top with pouring spout when you screw the top on to get it tight it does not align with the handle so you are trying to pour the liquid with the spout to the side of the jug!! and it still leaks. Bad buy, in fact it went to the tip this morning.

Handle had to be adjusted to line it up opposite the spout. The spout in non existent fluid runs down the outer body every time, this the gets under the handle band which means having to use a screwdriver to release the band and handle to clean it properly… this was a bad purchase for us.

Easy to pour & fits perfectly in my fridge door, love them.May need to adjust the handle a little as the mouth may not align with the handle, but not always the case, otherwise no issue.Have to mention, excellent customer service, one of my jugs were replaced almost immediately, with a complementary free gift which was amazing & most appreciated.

Bought in June. Lid is loose and when pouring milk it comes out of lid and spout. Unfortunately we plumped for this one because the one we really wanted was sold out.Now we have purchased the one we couldn’t get before..

Fits in the fridge lovely but the handle seem to wobble and have tried to use a screw driver to tighten the screw on the handle unit but nothing can be done.

Seal came off lid when washed. Lid only screwed tight suitable for left handed people. Also leaks when turned completely upright.

Fits perfectly into the fridge and holds a good amount of fluid. A sturdy, easy to clean product. Very good value for money.

I bought this jug . The metal around the top was not fixed properly. The seller sent me another, I didn't have any issues with then. which is great. I would buy from this company again.
