Great option
These were exactly what was expected and were a great alternative to buying text books. The process to buy and return was easy.

Gets the job done
This book does a solid job of introducing MIS to the average joe, and it definitely emphasizes IT in the private sector. Regardless, it has taught me enough to sound knowledgeable about IT when speaking with my friends who work in engineering. And frankly, I think that is basically all the book was intended to do.

This item was listed as in "Very Good" condition. There was a six inch razor cut through the front and back covers. One horizontal and one vertical. The book is certainly usable, but for $152 I would expect that it would at least be intact. This was not due to my receiving the book, the package had a pull string, so no sharp objects were used in opening it.

Excellent book and excellent condition!
Excellent book. So informative. I bought the loose leaf version. Excellent condition and hooes are alredy done. I bought a folder and good to go. But I am thinking to bind this book as I am using this book and leaves are getting wrinkles at the hole area. Pages are thin compared to my other book, but completely acceptable. I am just in love with this book:))

Nice book..very well written...
The book is very well written and explains very nicely. Excellent for self study. The student value edition (loose sheets)is same as the the hard cover one but about 30% cheaper.

Book is worth only 9.99 or at the most 19.99, nothing more.
I finished the book in few hours. I didn't learn much from this and nor it has to offer. If you are anyone with reasonable experience in IT then don't pick this book. It is waste of time as well as paper. I will not recommend anyone wasting time on this book. If we will teach this to our kids in IT then I am not sure how we are going to design systems of future. It only supports the notion that dropouts are smarter than those who waste time on these type of books. This book is not at the standard of a textbook or may be for a community college level where state pays for it.
