My wife suffers from a lot of neuromuscular issues, and trying to masage all those knots wears a thumb out. This Guasha tool has great weight to it, so I don't have to apply a lot pressure to get at those knots with the different edges. The scraping sides are quite effective but doesn't scrape the skin or is painful to the touch. I can utilize this tool for half an hour or more without my hand cramping or feeling tired. we've had it for several years and it still looks practically brand new if you take care of it.

I had borrowed a Rock Tape unit for a few weeks and was very impressed with it and wanted to get one for myself until I saw how expensive they were. This unit is very close in size to the Rock Tape unit only being slightly smaller which actually fits my hand better. It does everything the more expensive Rock Tape does at a significantly more affordable price. Nice and sturdy stainless steel build and very pleased with the ergonomics of it. Get yourself some decent massage oil and put this tool to work.

I'm not often compelled to leave a product review so quickly. . . But this tool arrived just an hour ago and man am I happy. Extremely appealing to the eye and has some serious weight behind it. Every edge is wonderful. The workability is awesome. Did a little self therapy upon opening it. As soon as you put this tool in your hands its honestly almost automatic. I am very happy to have purchased this tool and should highly recommend.

Wow! This tool is amazing. Before purchasing I watched some videos to help me decide which one I should get. Stainless steel is more hygienic because it could be cleaned throughly and sterilized. The many curves, offer different options to get into muscles. It’s a heavy tool but It gets in deeper. A must have for body workers

Comfortable for my partners larger hands. They do not have to press too hard. The weight of the tool makes it easy to use as it does the majority of the work. I fiind it great to keep my back from stiffing up.

I just received this tool and love the weight of it, the double beveled edges so you can move in both directions during IASTM. It feels comfortable in hand and will work great on larger muscle groups like ITB, Hamstrings and quad. group, gastric and back. Hopefully I can use it on upper traps but it may be a bit too heavy, large for that area depending on the persons bodyframe for application. I would highly recommend this 4 edges in 1 tool. It also comes in a nice leather case to protect it. I will be ordering more tools for other areas with smaller muscle groups from this brand.

Going through physical therapy for my IT bands and my therapist used a device exactly like this one at the end on my legs. It felts soooo good on my IT bands as it works out the fascia that lays over the IT band hence helping me. This one looks exactly like the one she used but a different brand - hers cost a couple of hundred dollars as it was bought through a medical site. Now I can do it at home after I work out plus I've used it on other parts of my body. It does help to know how to properly hold it and how to go along the area you are working out. Plus each side is used for different things.

I own several IASTM tools - and this is by far one of the best for the price.
