This book is great and provides numerous examples for carving pumpkins. I highly recommend it and suggest you consider carving up a face. To help one get started it has an example of carving a pumpkin face and it beaks it down into 87 steps & pictures of to do it. The rest of the book is full of faces you could carve. Enjoy

This is a cool book to get some pumpkin carving ideas. Some of the samples are very difficult, and it is not always the easiest to try and copy. But it is a fun book for a pumpkin-carving fan!

While it's nice to have a book you can flip through to see the close up photos of these carvings, it doesn't provide the tools to really learn that a video offers. I didn't find the book that helpful for this reason. I would recommend videos for pumpkin carving over books any day.

Doesn't really show you how to carve the pumpkins. There are step by step pictures but if you aren't a skilled artist or pumpkin Carver don't bother with this book

Lots of great ideas. Mostly way too complicated for me as a beginning carver, but lots of great detail went into explaining the basic ideas.

Good book easy to follow

Not impressed with this book, the pictures of carved pumpkins looks great, but that’s it.
