i purchased this after being advised by my chiropractor that i would need a foam roller for excersises as well as a ball to work the area, so I’m very glad i manged to find this set with all 3 items in 1. Its a great little compact set, I love the fact the foam roller fits inside the larger roller, this makes it really easy to store away and the carry case is really helpfull aswell. The downside for me is that its just a bit too narrow, (I’m 6ft slim build man) it does cover the whole width of my back but only just and if I’m positioned slightly wrong I could easily fall off it and if your a wider or larger guy or girl this is probably going to be too small for you. The foam roller as well is starting to loose some of its firmness after a few months use but it is still effective. for the price its a bargain especially as you get the 3 in 1.

This is a great bundle with lots inside and a guide on how to use each piece of equipment. Not quite as effective as some other brands but mostly very good! Very happy with this purchase

Seems ok, only used it a couple of times so far - it hurts! Great to have the two different rollers, the smaller one is softer and doesn't inflict quite as much pain. There are some instructions included in the bag for using the rollers on various parts of the anatomy (be warned, the leaflet supplied is very small so the print is tiny and difficult to read). I'm considering the balls to be bonus items as not too sure what to do with them & bought the product primarily for the rollers. Bought this when it was on special offer and happy with the price paid.

I needed to get these as I'm going through physio for an ankle injury. This bundle is great value for money and they work perfectly. Beware of the spikey ball though....I've now got little spike indents in my flooring!

I have found this product to be a great asset to my personal training and alleviating my back injury. It is durable and provides multiple uses besides just he roll. The additional items included in the purchase have been a fantastic addition. Great purchase and service.

I recently bought a new roller as my other one is too long to fit in my badminton bag. A roller is a roller and this one is fine. I like the softer, smaller internal roller too for some delicate areas (shins, forearms etc) and the lacrosse and spiky ball are great for foot arches and other specific areas if needed. 👍

I once owned a very high quality foam roller from Trigger Point therapy (this was way back when they first became a thing) but alas I no longer have it. I bought this one as a replacement, and took the risk of going a little cheaper because of the set it came with (lacrosse ball, mainly). Does the set look cool? Yes. Does it function as I'd like it to? Yes. Is it as good a foam roller as my previous one? No.The only bad thing about this foam roller is that it is 'bumpy' (for lack of a better word) along the joints where the two halves of the cylinder have been connected together. You can feel this when you roll over it, and it therefore provides an uneven roll. It's not enough to make this product useless - it still works. But it is a product flaw and goes to show that you get what you pay for.
