I use this for myself. I have back problems and fibromyalgia and it helps a lot with my aches and pains. Don’t know where I’d be without it now!

Been using a hot water bottle fo a few years now in cold weather as I have scarred lungs and it helped me to breath. Problem is that it needed refilling at intervals. This arrived, I wrapped it around my chest btween my cardigan and my shirt.(perfect size) plugged in on number one and waited. It took about 5 minutes to heat and I began to worry it was too warm. I need not have worried. It starts with a duty cycle of about 10 seconds on, 30 seconds off then settles to 2 on, 12 off. On number one in a cool room (better for my breathing) it is very comfortable and just the right temperature for me so the rest of the range is unlikely to be used. I imagine in the open it would need to be higher. Lead is a bit short, another metre or so would have been ideal as we don’t all have sockets to hand but an extension was used. My only issue is that popping to loo means unplugging and then it resets getting a bit too warm to start with when plugged back in. If it lasts will be very happy.

I have osteoarthritis in my hip and I find heat from a heat pad is sometimes the only thing that helps ease the pain. So I use a heat pad a lot. But this also means they tend to last less than a year.Last week my 8 month old pad died and I spent 2 days without one. I was researching the different pads when I found this one. This really appealed to me as it's much longer than the pads that I normally go for. Also the reviews were all saying what a good pad this was.I've found having the longer length has been a real benefit as I also have issues my back. So now I can treat both my hip and back.So if you are looking for a new heat pad that's, super soft, very flexible, easy to control (and the heat stays on longer too) and there are 6 heat levels plus its only £20 then give this a try you won't be disappointed.

By far the best heating pad I've used.It has a simple to use digital display. Easy to press buttons. 6 heat settings.The pad itself is a decent size and wraps around the body easily. Very comfortable. Very useful.I would recommend and would buy again

I’m so happy I could cry. I suffer with cervical spondylosis and lumbar stenosis which in turn agitates fibromyalgia - this heat pad is totally amazing. I put it on my lamb at area and after about 20 minutes the heat even came back to my feet. I suffer the cold and this is comfort, warmth and pain relief all in one. I’m buying another one to put under my bedsheet to relief night pains to. Saves me farting it up and down.

I received this lovely heat pad on 2 April 2020. It's large, soft & a real help both for my pain as well as keeping warm.Today is 11 February 2021 & I have used the pad during approx 6 months of the past year as I can manage without it during summer.Today it stopped working, but hardly from overuse! The previous one I bought lasted approx 2.5 years which amounts to 1.25 yrs use in my case. This amounts to only hours of use during the year.I don't know how long the guarantee lasts as I have thrown packaging away & have not been successful in contacting the seller.I am not able to give this brand a recommendation, but i am a firm believer that heat not only soothes but plays a part in the healing process. I learned this on a course i attended last year at Trafford Hospital which was organised by Manchester University.Today I have ordered another heat pad as life is so much easier with than without, but needless to say I have tried an alternative brand. This time I will make a point of keeping all the packaging & guarantee paraphinalia, just in case!I will review my new pad in due course.I hope my review has proved to be a purchasing/research help to readers 😃

I love this heat pad, in fact I’d go as far as to say it’s my best purchase in a long time! I have ankylosing spondylitis, dysplastic hips, bursitis, greater trochanter pain and sciatica, and suffice to say I’m currently in A LOT of pain and standing, sitting and sleeping is hard. I sit with this on my most painful parts for a lot of the day and even take up to bed at night to help me get to sleep (sleeping’s hard at the moment but would be harder without this). I’d love it even more if it had a USB connection so I could take it in the car too. It’s wonderful and really provides some easing of pain and comfort when you have conditions such as mine. If you are suffering too then you won’t regret this purchase, not lumpy like a hot water bottle or wheat bag and maintains an even heat for 1.5 hours at a time. Need it for longer just switch it off and on again. Go on buy it! You won’t regret it!

amazing gadget! heats up real quick to a nice and toasty temp, even though I read some contradictory reviews, don't mind those! if it is not warm enough it must be faulty and should be sent back. They are equal to standing next to a radiator on full power! Good size, totally flexible and with a nice velvety cover, it''s a shame that it is only on one side. I use it regularly to warm my feet when working for home but it's great anywhere on the body to relieve pain on sore muscles and it works so well. make sure not to keep it on one area too long on full as you can get some skin irritation if you're sensitive. I totally recommend!
