My first choice for gut health!
We have been using acacia fiber (another brand) for a couple of years for my IBS and my husband's constipation. I switched to this brand in my subscription box when the other one was unavailable. Boy oh boy, am I glad I did!!! This mixes more readily in my oatmeal and my husband's smoothies, in addition it works better, costs less and requires a smaller dose, so it lasts longer. Win win, yay for Pure!

Very powdery, looks bleached
I won't be buying this brand again. It looks bleached and is way too powdery. It makes me wonder if this product has been whipped into powder to make more volume.

Meh!
First, I purchased this product when Anthony's was unavailable. It is much more finely ground, and piwder flies everywhere when I scoop out my portion. Though it blends well in my warm water, it has a definite taste, unlike Anthony's which has none at all. It's almost flour tasting. Hasnt worked as well as Anthony's either. I'll make sure I order enough Anthony's in the future to make sure I don't run out.

Keeps me regular
This works as well as a product with the same ingredient. This is a great price for it and it works great for me to help with IBS.

Get on the PREBIOTIC bandwagon!!
I add acacia gum to my green and fruit prebiotic smoothie. Acacia gum has high prebiotic value.

Does not dissolve and made my symptoms worse
Clumps up in little gluey balls and leaves sticky goo on the bottom of the glass. Also caused worse IBS symptoms. Will go back to the more expensive stuff that actually works.

Sadly I did not like this brand of acacia.
Most brands of acacia do not mix immediately with water - not matter what they say. Unfortunately this one was the worst I've tried. Had to mix 1 tsp of the product soaking in at least 10 ounces of water for over an hour to get it to dissolve.
