Whats the difference between the old and new version, other than the $10 more for old?

Hello, we are the manufacturer of the Reef Tourer brand. It's been years since we sold or manufactured the old version. It appears unknown 3rd party sellers are trying to resell them at a higher price under the old version listing. We are the only distributer of Reef Tourer in the US. It floats pretty well as long as it doesn't completely fill up with water. And it's perfect for kids who wanna see underwater stuff over a small boat/kayak. Also great for tide pools
