3 Pack Trader Joes Roasted Plantain Chips

I was thrilled to be able to purchase these Plantain Chips since my grandson loves them and there is no Trader Joe's located anywhere near me. I realized I was paying a lot but thought I'd take a chance. I was a little disappointed that it took 8 days for them to arrive and of the 3 bags 2 had a lot of broken pieces so I would suggest that they package them a little better. I'm a bit worried that the chips may be stale since a lot of customers said they received stale chips so I will add to this review after we open a bag.

Trader Joe's roasted plantain chips are delicious and not salty. The taste is flavorful and not like other brands, each bag had a high quantity of chips more than other brands, and I will be buying these again in the future.

These chips are veryyyyyy tasty. They are sweet like plantains are. Some plantains chips have lesser flavor, Trader Joe's are delish.

Don't buy these unless you're ready to buy them forever. First tried them on a family vacation and my sister-in-law had some. So yummy!I recommend limiting yourself on how much you eat at once, which is hard, because they are deliciously addictive.

One pack of the chips was open and it seems like it has half the intent in the bag but it wasn’t in the shipping envelope. I had to throw it away because I wasn’t going to eat contents from an open bag.

Deliciously addicting. These are freshly roasted and are cut thicker than potato chips. They have a wholesome crunch to it similar to granola not like a fried potato chip. The taste was not stale like other reviews have mentioned. They taste like plaintains, not sweet bananas. They're an addictingly good snacking choice. It's $4 at trader joes near me so these are slightly cheaper and even more convenient. I just got them yesterday and I have gone through a bag and a half. Probably going for the 6pk next time. It's a must try!

They were slightly crushed. These should be mailed in a sturdy package. Not an envelope. They are still wonderful!
