These saved me from stomach trouble several times. I have a delicate stomach to begin with. I have some lactose intolerance problems. I get my worst stomach aches from eating something too rich in oils and fats. When my stomach can't digest the food, it feels like a stone in my stomach and my body wants it out. I've woken up in the night ready to throw up after eating a particulary oily, greasy dinner. I thought it was food poisoning, but then I took four of these and digested everything with no issues. Problem solved. I never have lactose intolerance problems when I take a couple of these. I don't like pills. I especially don't like pills when I'm already feeling sick, so chewable is much better for me. These taste ok. Nothing delicious, but still palatable. I carry some in my purse wherever I go. This is the third time I'm ordering these. I recommend these and I also recommend a probiotic like Align, but I take my enzymes more often when I know I'm going to eat lactose, oily food, or when I feel a stomach ache coming. Wish I could've had these a long time ago.

Pro Digestion chewable is great. It is a pure product that rapidly aids digestion. I am on my 2nd bottle and have ordered their detox power along with their protein powder. I am finding this product along with a few others a great foundation for regaining my health. The only thing I would say about the company is they have a strict refund policy and it is important to understand what no artificial sweeteners really means. Some flavored products use stevia and if you overlook that and want to return the product there is a steep restocking fee. If you are not satisfied with a product there is no recourse like with many other high quality manufacturers. Seeking Health products are great, Seeking health customer satisfaction is lacking.

My son has celiac and many other sensitivities to foods that have dairy, fat, sugar. These enzymes help him so much if he wants to enjoy a slice of Gf pizza or his favorite Mexican Tacos.

Flavor is Ok, not super yummy but hey, they're digestive enzymes. Chewability is good - not too hard, not chalky, about the same as other chewable vitamins I have. Not sure yet how to tell if they're doing anything, but this brand was recommended by my doctor for other lines of theirs so I thought I'd try these out.

These helped my symptoms a lot. I didn't use these as directed either. Instead of taking with meals, I'd take afterwards and before bed. My symptoms are worse at night, hitting me after I've been asleep a few hours and waking me up. I'm not having that problem anymore!

I have a hard time digesting carbohydrates so I take these when I eat carbs. I usually take the same thing in capsule form with my meals, but I like to keep these in my purse so I can take them when I eat on the go and I don't have water with me. They work for me.

These are great digestive enzymes for our toddler. It's made a huge difference in all aspects of his digestion. He loves the taste of them and will remind us if we forget to give them to him before a meal or snack.
