The Wizardology Handbook: A Course for Apprentices (Ologies)

This is an unusual ology handbook as it is in binder form. Very cool. It’s gorgeous from its “bejeweled” cover to its illustrations. Well worth the buy.

Granddaughter found the set of books while packing up for college. We bought this 14 years ago. She can still tell you all about the books. She is still a huge Harry Potter fan, but now I'll have the books on my bookcase for her when she comes to visit. She's looking forward to sharing her knowledge with her younger cousins.

I purchased this book as an intended gift for my granddaughter to accompany a Wizard board game. I think the book is very well done and beautifully presented, but I decided to hold off on giving it to my granddaughter as I think that she is a bit too young and impressionable for its contents. It is written as an apprentices introduction to Magic. As a coffee table book for a young adult it would be a very nice gift. But I think even some teenagers, unless they are very well grounded might take it too seriously as a serious introduction to magic. There is, for example, a portion on how to make spells and cast them. I thought that was just a bit to inticing for a youngsters mind. So I'm holding on to it as a future gift when she's more mature.

I have read this book many times before while at the library, and have always wanted a copy. I finally got one, and despite the fact that I got it used, it was in great condition, and almost everything (except for a few stickers I wasn't counting on getting anyways) was there, unlike times before I have purchased ology books used and it had tons of writing, and pieces missing inside.

Nice book....was a bit surprised that it was much smaller in dimension than all the other "ology" books; it is tiny in comparison. Other than that it was all it promised to be! My 10 year old really enjoys it.

I bought the whole set of ology books my fifth grade grandson did not like to read. after he saw these books he was excited and just loved all the little surprises inside of them. the whole set is wonderful.they also look good on a bookshelf or in your library. They are neatly done, and colorful!

Nice book my daughter loves it

The vintage / worn down look of the pages is perfect. Looks very good on flat lay picture for social media. Love all how much info / texts is actually filling this book. The illustrations are very good too.Only downside is: Those two gems you see on the cover aren't actually 3D/ glued on. It's just printed. Was disappointed with that since that was a major selling point to me since it would've looked so good with the main Wizardology book which actually has those 3D fake gems glued in the cover.

This is a fantastic book well worth the price. It arrived quickly. We have the Dragonology book and so decided to branch out and try the wizardology book we are very glad we did. We will be looking at purchasing more books in this series in the future.
