First, the taste is not bad I read about they have been doing studies with mice and have used in a few people who "knew some body" and got to be in a small trial using Blessed thistle not to be confused with milk thistle which is for the liver. Blessed thistle is showing great promise in regenerating nerves. Since I have carpel tunnel in my hand and non-diabetic neuropathy in my toes I think I can be a private tester of this product. If hands and toes don't improve I will use it anyway because it does help the gut. I purchased this one because it is organically grown and wild crafted. Very reasonable priced.

Delivered quickly. Tastes fine. Need more time to judge effectiveness (for sciatica)

I bought this in August. I started noticing in October that bacteria was growing in it. It says good until 2027. No mention of keeping it in the refrigerator, or use within a certain time frame.

Read some good things about blessed thistle supplement. Tried it and like it. I am looking forward to continuing its use and hope the results continue to be positive.

I have been using blessed thistle for a while, this product dissolves well in water and taste is pleasant.

Have not noticed any increase in breast milk production, but will keep trying.
