Are these rechargable?

Good Morning .... I just read the instructions that came with these, no where does to mention that they can be recharged. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

They can be fefilled by a company that has they equipment to recharge fire extinguishers

Hello! Does it have a tamper seal?

Can't say whether there is a tamper seal since I don't know what that would look like on a fire extinguisher. The pull ring pin is retained in place by a zip tie bearing the Amerex logo on a tab at the end of the zip tie at the pull ring.

Year of manufacturing

Amerex fire extinguishers. BEWARE...Need to know the year of manufacturing before I ordered again thinking they was manufacturing in 2025 but it was 2 year old a 2023 manufactured model.
