Solid ADAOTOR indeed
I got a sweet deal on a psp that was bricked because the owner lost his charger. So I got this ac adapter and it works well. Folks say a lot of the aftermarket chargers run hot. This one got my psp from brick status to fully charged in an hour, and got only a little warm. About as warm as my hands get on a first date. Only knocks I’d give is that only one side of the adapter dislodges (clearly seen in product photo) and the adapter says ADAOTOR... but that’s just me not paying attention. So no stars taken off. Great deal and great quality.

Got PSP’s from my parents but they had nothing for them. Bought a replacement battery& this charger cord & it works perfectly. PSP works like new

Best 3rd Party Charger
This one feels really cheap but the connector isn't too tight and it doesn't feel like it's going to break. I think this is more than good enough!

Great charger!
Needed a charger for my model 2001 PSP (playstation portable) as Sony no longer makes the PSP. An its hard to find parts to fix them. It was very convenient being ablt to find one that came with fast shipping. HOWEVER, when you plug it in there is no initial "click" to let you knownthe charger is fully plugged in. So sometimes have to wiggle the charger end around just to get it to start charging the PSP. Other than that overall nice charger. Just made a little cheap.

Charges battery, but won't run system alone.
Works to charge the PSP-2001 Star Wars edition just fine. It does not however run the system without a battery installed. It should, though, according to the manufacturer. I think it lacks the proper voltage. Also, fits a little lose and will unplug very easily. Feels very light and cheap. Worth what I paid though.
