Very comfortable especially good if you have shoulder or hip issues. I bought it in 2023 and still love it. It does not have a firm edge which some people like for sitting on but that is not an issue for me. It is not squishy soft like pillow topper mattresses.

This mattress is super comfy! The memory foam makes it a very soft bed. This is perfect for people who don’t like firm beds and side sleepers. It puffed up pretty quick after removing the outer plastic and became pretty much completely expanded by the next day. I like that the mattress is thick but not too thick and I feel like it’s a great mattress for the price! Highly recommend!

It took me a few weeks of research and reading before I made this purchase. And wow, I am impressed and very happy. Recieved it on August 21st, slept on it the 22 and I slept so great that night I was an hour late to work the following morning. It was the best sleep I had have in the longest time, years even! Since then, every night has been great but making sure I don't sleep through my alarm now! If you're like me..still deciding on what is best. This is great for people like me who have bad backs. Supports my body very well. Just make the purchase. I'm glad I did.

The Amazon Basics 10" Memory Foam Mattress is a solid choice if you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable mattress without paying premium brand prices. It’s especially good for guest rooms, kids’ rooms, or anyone who prefers a softer sleep surface. Right out of the box, the mattress expanded pretty quickly after opening (give it the recommended time before sleeping on it). There was a mild “new foam” smell at first, but it faded within a day or two, which is pretty typical for memory foam mattresses. The feel is definitely on the softer/plush side. If you like that slightly sinking, contouring memory foam feel, this does a good job. It cushions pressure points well, especially for side sleepers. It still has enough support underneath that you don’t feel like you’re completely sinking through the mattress. Temperature-wise, it sleeps fairly neutral for memory foam. It’s not specifically marketed as cooling, but I didn’t find it overly hot compared to older memory foam styles. The cover looks clean and simple, and the white/grey design works well with most bedding setups. Super soft - these are the BEST! They (I bought two sets) took a while to get here, but so worth the wait. I would definitely buy again!

I’m quite satisfied with this mattress. Full disclosure to others looking to this review for guidance on whether or not to buy it: I had ordered another, cheaper memory foam bed in a box compressed mattress and it was just way too firm. It was too expensive to send it back, so I have it underneath THIS mattress. I also have a memory foam mattress topper on top. So this mattress is sandwiched between a firm memory foam mattress and a soft memory foam mattress topper. I actually had two mattress toppers on because I just happened to have two, but it was way too high and just too mushy. Anyway, I digress. I really like this mattress. I like a very soft mattress but sometimes too soft seems to hurt my lower back and my joints, specifically my hips. I’ve had no issues with pain anywhere. I sleep well on this mattress. I don’t know what it’s like on its own but I know that the way I have it set up is excellent. I also know that it was super easy to set up. I dragged the box up one flight of steps by myself. I cut it open and place it on the bed on my own. It was a little difficult but I managed and it didn’t take long. It’s amazing how quickly it puffs up into a mattress. Truly amazing. I feel like I’ll have this mattress for a long time. It seems very well made / durable. I think it was worth the money. I’m happy! If you like a plush mattress and an easy and quick bed in a box, order this.

I bought one back in March 2025, a twin size and it was so comfortable that I bought two more for my other kids. They were somewhat comfy but not as good quality. Then I bought a queen bed this yr, thinking the other two were duds. But the queen one is the least memory foam feel of them all! So uncomfortable. Why Amazon? Why change the padding? It was so good in March 2025!

This mattress is great. I sleep well on it. I was skeptical about buying a mattress on Amazon at this price point, since mattresses are so expensive. I'm glad I did. I'll never buy another overpriced mattress again. I highly recommend it 👌🏼

Llevo 6 meses con el colchón y es muy cómodo. Es un poquito duro pero a mi me gustan así. Se acomoda muy bien a tu cuerpo y duermo súper bien. Ya por último, después de 6 meses, no se ha deformado nada. Muy buen colchón.

Although I haven't had it for very long, this has to be the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. So far, so good!
