Better than the 100-140$ ones just for the rigidity
Working great so far, even with my older hardware, a lenovo Thinkpad T480 with TB3. Just had to update the bios with lenovos Linux firmware updater and update to like a Linux 6.8 (or maybe a 7.2?) Kernel and was good to go. I plug it in after boot. Enumeration is goofy if plugged in during boot. Don't miss the bracket that branches from the PSU to the GPU. Makes the setup solid. The other cheaper egpus work, but they feel more flimsy and wasn't a fan for tricming it back and forth daily to my girlfriends and work. The price difference is worth it. Need to see if I can 3D print a case or handle for the top.

Works well with RTX 5080 and my ROG set up!!!
This docks works perfect for my set up. Only downfall is the cord that they provided did not work with my set up because my ROG did not detect the RTX 5080. I had to swap it with one that game with a dock station I bought previously (Rog Bulwark). Other than it works perfect.

eGPU cradle you want to buy.
Well, with dual slot GPU it works amazing. Don't confuse connectors, eGPU to the laptop you connect with the middle TB jack, not the left one. But left one I used to connect USB-C dock station and it's working nicely. Apart of gaming, I use it for local LLMs. Quick and reliable thing

Works perfectly
Worked with no issues, first time. I am running a gmtec k12 amd and rx9070xt oc. Speeds suggest its running on the occulink connection. I connected both just in case. I had issues with the occulink only version but this has been perfect so far.

Pretty darn good EGPU dock
It works really well once you figure everything out. The instructions aren't very good. Very good design. Just make sure you use the right cables though.
