Perfect purple shade that matches her school colors and holds up through cheer routines
This Purple Face Body Paint has been a game-changer for my granddaughter's cheerleading events and spirit days at school. The color is a rich, vibrant purple that lines up exactly with her school's official shades—no muddy or off-tone surprises like we've had with other brands. It applies smoothly as a full-coverage foundation, blending easily with a sponge or brush for even coverage on her cheeks, around her eyes, or even full-face designs when she's going for a more dramatic look. Being water-based and vegan, it feels lightweight on the skin and doesn't have that heavy, cakey feel that can make kids uncomfortable during long practices or games. It stays put through cheering, jumping, and even a little sweat without smudging or cracking, which is huge when you're out there performing. Cleanup is straightforward with just soap and water, no scrubbing required, and it hasn't irritated her sensitive skin at all. The 0.88oz jar gives plenty for multiple uses, so it's economical for the season. The only small thing that would have made it even better is if it came with a little application brush included, since we had to grab one from her makeup kit. But that's minor compared to how well it performs and how happy it makes her to represent her school colors so perfectly. It's become her go-to for game days, pep rallies, and any time she wants to show extra spirit. Highly recommend for cheerleaders or anyone needing a reliable, school-color-matching purple paint.

Vibrant and buildable!
With softball season just around the corner, I got this CAHOTO Pink Face and Body Paint for the girls to paint little hearts and their numbers on their cheeks. It is a tradition that was started long ago and that they have continued, so this is a good paint for it. This will be our first season using this paint. In order to use it you need to add some water - we prefer a small spray bottle to wet it a bit because it doesn't saturate it and will dry quickly so we can store it back in our bags. Using a small make-up brush we can dip it in the paint and create the design. We have tried it at home and it's been fantastic. It's vibrant as is, but also buildable to make it stand out even more. The paint lasted a long time on my daughter's face and was easy to get off with a makeup wipe. I am hoping that the it will also last through a little sweat and putting helmets/facemasks on and off. We can always touch it up if needed! For only around 8 dollars it is worth a try and brings a little extra excitement to game days!

Water-Based, face and body paint
This purple face body paint is a water-based foundation. You need to use a little water with it, then a brush. It brushes on more like a watercolor. It was not my favorite way to apply face or body paints. I felt it a little bit too watery or thin. If you are looking for more of a transparent lighter color then this works really well, but application wise I found this difficult to work with.

Excellent quality paint!
I picked up this paint in black to use behind a Jason mask. It makes the mask look a lot more haunting if it’s black around the eyes and you don’t see skin though the holes in the mask. This paint worked perfectly. You do need to dampen it a bit to get it to apply. Just add water a tiny bit at a time with a brush until you get the consistency you’re looking for. The paint held up well. I would recommend misting it with make up setting spray to help prevent transfer of the paint. I had no trouble removing it with some makeup wipes and didn’t experience any reaction or irritation from it. This product worked very well for me and I feel like it’s a quality paint as well as an excellent value.

Dries well
I ordered this CAHOTO Face/body pain in black, because it will be very useful for a variety of Halloween costumes and other cosplay. It comes in a compact-sized container with a clear lid. This paint is a little bit different, in that you have to add water to get your typical face-paint type consistency. You can do this by wetting a brush, or wetting your finger, and rubbing it onto the color in the compact. The black color went on easily, and was buildable. Not greasy at all, but easy to spread and blend. I would recommend setting it with a light coating of sheer facial powder, however I will say that once it dried (which was quick), it was fairly smudge-proof. I experienced no skin irritation, and the black color came off easily with an oil-based cleanser, followed by soap and water. This will be very useful for a variety of face and body painting needs. They do not recommend using on babies 0-3 years old. The product is also animal cruelty-free.

Beautiful color that you dampen with water to apply and washes off easily
At first I didn't understand how to use this and thought this is too dry and will never spread on my skin. But then I read the directions on the back of the box. Apparently you treat these a little like watercolors and use a wet brush to soften and apply it. Ah, that makes a big difference. It also means you can control the depth of color better by how much water you use and how many "coats" you apply. The color on this is a beautiful violet purple that isn't too dark but is clearly a purple that isn't too pink or blue. It has no discernable smell that I noticed and you get a good amount. It says to use soap and water to remove it but I had no problem getting it off with just water. For that reason I wouldn't recommend wearing it where you may be getting wet, rained on or sweating - so probably not out dancing. It is well packaged with a protective plastic film on top to keep it secure. And I did accidently drop it on my tile floor but it did not crack or damage the makeup cake as often happens with compact powders and blushes. Without the water it has a sort of dry clay feel to it. I feel it is reasonably priced.
