Complete Scam Artists will steal your money.
Do NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!! This company will rip you off and steal your money. I was sent an elliptical with a defective right assembly, preventing the right handlebar from attaching to it. Judging by the pictures you can clearly see that the incorrect tubing was welded on the right assembly by the manufacturer, which should have been smaller and diameter to accept the right handlebar to slide over it and be bolted into place. I contacted customer service with these pictures and explained to them the issue and was met with silence. this could have been easily fixed. Had they simply sent me a replacement right assembly for the defective one I would have sung their praise. But because this defect was on the last step on the last part, nobody in their right mind would disassemble this item and try to send it back through Amazon. Scam artists.

Get Full Workout at Home
I put this together while my husband was taking a nap. Easy assembly. Now, we both enjoy getting our full body workout in the comfort of our home.

For only $200 it’s fine but if you’re committed spend twice as much on a better machine
If you only have $200 to spend on an elliptical, then this isn’t a bad choice. The directions to put it together were very well done and everything fit, and I was pleased with that part of it.. this does give your legs a workout. I have a better elliptical in my storage unit in another city because I’m only here for a year so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. This stride is so small on this though it’s more like a stairstepper machine almost. I really wish it had a longer stride. I wish I felt it more in my butt. If you are ready to commit to using an elliptical, I would suggest spending at least 400 and getting a better machine with a longer stride, But if you only have $200 to spend, then I recommend this.
