Never understood the backlash/bad press the RE movies got based on the video games of the same name. Yes they'll never win any Oscars but they're good popcorn movies, with plenty of "game reference", switch off your brain for 90 minutes and have fun. Picked up the blu-ray at a great price and will finish my collection of other blu-ray's in the series, until they add another final, final RE movie, Welcome to Racoon City anyone? :D

If you like horror and sci-fi, and plenty of action, this won't disappoint it's very good.

I was looking forward to the sixth installment of the series but I have to say I was a bit disappointed with this movie. It’s always dark in this film and it’s difficult to see what’s going on half the time. There are subtitles though so that’s a good point. Some of the action sequences specifically the fights are a bit rubbish, like every second there’s a cut so you never see a more than a second at a time. If Milla isn’t up to the karate stuff why not put a double in for her? 6/10 from me.

Needed this last dvd to complete my set, it was perfect and glad I bought it.

The last current live action Resident Evil movie to me is kind of bittersweet. While being the end of Alice is kind of sad it was kind of nice seeing some of her origin. One of the major downfalls is you can only get so many characters for the finale. I was glad to see Claire again. The two major bad guys Isaacs and Wesker were fun to see as well. I would have liked to have seen more of the surviving classic characters but time and budget would mean only so many could be used. I thought the makeup for Alicia Marcus was well done. Milla Jovovich really made those some fun movies. I was entertained and enjoyed my purchase of them.
