It's a bracelet with a clip...
Clip held well, it's adjustable so it wasn't too tight or too loose. My favorite thing about it is the long cord the last one I used had a short cord and I hated it.

This product does indeed manage and redirect static charges
I purchased this anti static bracelet to combat static plastic pieces when doing diamond paintings. I remembered this product being essential when I used to work with computer hardware and applied it to my craft life too. Thank you science!
