I love these. It's so hard to find a good thong shape wear. I wear them so often, but usually with pants, jeans and shorts. They are basic everyday shaping. They don't roll down on me at all. My only "con" is If you have a booty or love handles, these could be tough to wear with a tight dress. Where the line ends/ the thong begins, is very fitting to the skin. So once you put a tight dress on (especially cotton), you can really see the line and your butt sticking out in an unnatural way. But you can wear it under dresses of a thicker material, usually works with something forma. Just expect your hips to stand out slightly more than usual. Im usually a size 7/28. I have wider hips and a smaller waist. I like to wear the medium in the black spanx and for some reason in the nude, I prefer a small.

I am obsessed. I don’t usually jump on so quick to write review but I love this pair of underwear so much already. I am 5’5, 130 with what I’d deem a “regular” sized booty, and I wear a 26 -27 in jeans. I am between small and medium in most undies, I ordered the medium, and it’s perfect. I have a couple of pairs of jeans that seem to accentuate the stubborn lower abdominal area that I’ve never been able to get flat in all my years, so I figured what the hell? Let me try this. Well, ladies and gentlemen, I’ve found the answer. This thing smooths me out in the best way, and gives me the confidence to wear those pairs of jeans that I’ve considered getting rid of because I don’t like the way they accentuate places that I’d prefer they did not. They don’t give me the muffin effect, either, and they do cover my belly button. They feel well made and the material is comfortable. I can’t speak to their durability yet, I will certainly update if I have any issues. Best $22 I’ve spent in a while, seriously. Try these suckers out.

Woman Mid 30's- Mom of 2: This is the perfect shapewear to help with the mom pooch without wearing full blown shapewear. It is lightweight and not very stretchy due to the shapewear aspect. It fit true to size. The biggest issue is it a bit expensive

I really liked how these did smooth things out and your stomach area. I wouldn't say that it's shapewear but there is a little in it that helps just kind of slightly flatten and hold things smoothly. I would say that the cut in the front groin and hip is much higher than the picture shows. On me this is definitely not a full front coverage like the picture is showing. I ordered according to the size chart and found it fit well.

These worked great for my outfit. Held in my tummy and were comfortable.

I have multiple pairs of old Spanx in size L. This purchase was an expensive, total fail. The elastic edging/cuff of each leg is UNBELIEVEABLY tight, so legs ended up looking like over-stuffed sausages, and these tight bands nearly cut off all circulation (could not wear for more than an hour). So the only "shape" created was a highly unflattering and uncomfortable one - I genuinely don't think sizing up would make a difference. And finally, the fabric is synthetic and rough - not suitable for panties! NOT RECOMMENDED.

Comfortable, smoothing, and invisible under clothes. The Spanks everyday shaping thong gives light tummy control without digging in or rolling down- perfect for every day wear under fitted outfits and worth the price, but I typically wear these under a tighter dress, or even leggings for tummy control. I just purchased my second pair. These hold up and are a necessity to help with bloating.

I have always greatly struggled with my lower stomach and love handles. I don’t remember the last time I left the house without shapewear on! For this reason, I’ve been looking for underwear for years that I could wear in place of shapewear so I can feel less restricted and more confident in my body. The problem is no matter if I’m wearing a thong or regular underwear, they show panty lines on me or cut into my voluminous hips. I needed something that would provide low tummy support, smooth out my love handles, and help me feel more confident. This underwear is the DEFINITION of comfortable confidence! I finally feel comfortable enough without wearing shapewear! My hips/love handles are so much smoother and my lower stomach is very supported in these. I cannot describe just how much I love this underwear! I am 156lbs, 5’3, and I usually wear a 10 in pants. I got a large and it fit absolutely perfectly! It sucked me in just enough without cutting into my body. I 10/10 recommend this product — it is incredible!

These are pretty good! They do say level 2 compression, which is medium, and I tend to agree. I wouldn’t have minded a tiny bit more, but there don’t seem to be a level 3 option in this style. Still better than other compression underwear I’ve bought. So I am 5’5”, 126lb, 26” waist, 36” hips. I got the extra small as many said to size down, and the sizing description showed XS as fitting up to 26.5”. I’m fairly petite, but I do also have 22-23% body fat and a bit of a mom pooch. I bought these to wear with a high waisted skirt that did accentuate the lower pooch and made me look early stages pregnant, and these underwear work well to hide that. If I could have bought an XXS I would have, I think a size down is really the way to go if you want the tighter compression. I think the people who have complained about the tight fit likely carry more weight in the belly, whereas I carry mine in the butt and legs. If you have a smaller waist and a lower ponch, size down. If you’re more of an apple body and carry the weight in the middle, true to size or size up depending. I found the size chart to be accurate!
