How often should I replace the Cartridge?

How do I adjust the height of the slide bar?

Press the button on the mount, slide it up or down to your preferred height, then release to lock it in place. The push-button design makes adjusting quick and easy for everyday use.

Can the rail be removed, and will it leave marks?
