Very sturdy heavy duty chair. Being used as chasier chair in a super mart. Very practical and comfortable. Value for Money. The best part is their customer support. Very proactive and helpful. The chair had a slight scratch due to wear and tear and we just tried contacting them to see if it’s covered in warranty. They acknowledged their product and sent us new parts instantly and proactively followed up till the delivery. This is exceptional service.
