Easy way to make sure they get their vitamin C
This is an easy way to make sure they are getting enough Vitamin C, especially when we are not able to consistently get fresh fruit. They really are just candy despite containing juice, but this way they feel they got a treat and I am assured they got their C. I think they taste good and I am not a huge fan of gummies. They have a better texture than regular gummy bears, too.
