Alsa - French Cake Baking Powder, 0.38 Ounce, 8 Count

Used this baking powder in France. Was glad to see that I could purchase it from Amazon. It was fresh and I have had it for a couple months and still good. Better than any baking powder in America.

I am NOT a baker. And in searching for the ingredient to make my grandmas tortillas my research showed this was an excellent product. I’ve also used it in making sweets. Next I’m going to use it for challah bread and French bread. Super excited and so far it’s working extremely well.

I already know and trust this product, which is exactly why I bought it again. It works perfectly for cakes and gives very reliable results. The only downside is the price, it’s quite expensive for the amount you get. Still, great quality and performance, just not budget-friendly.

It is good. I will warn you that it makes your baked goods get a very good rise and with that said you will need to adjust the quantity used but it has to be the best i've ever used. I am comparing it to what i can usually find at my local grocery chain shop.

What a wonderful thing to have been able to find this product! As a French expat i was always looking for it in order to bake. Very happy with the seller, the product came on time, and works wonder. I will order again.

The expiration date of the product was six months ago. Not returnable so waste of money
