Works just like it is supposed to. It does have the ability to use two different numeric passwords to open it. This is useful when you want to give someone temporary access. That way all regular users utilize one code to gain access and the temp user uses the other. When the temp is finished using the safe, you just change that numeric password and it's unavailable to the temporary user.

We use this in our business to drop money and checks in throughout the day. So far no problems. Easy to set up and use. We haven't bolted it to the wall yet, but with the holes in the back, it will be easy to do. It isn't super heavy duty, but we new that when we purchased it. The key hole is hidden so no one even knows that is an option. Very good drop safe for the money.

I purchased the safe for use in a small business to drop end of day income. I placed this safe inside of our lager safe which is a fun safe used to store other items we need to keep locked away. It allows my employees to gain access to everything they need while securing any cash in a place where only I or another authorized person can access it. The safe works great and I like the ability to program multiple combinations. The back up key access point is a bit challenging to access and you need the tool they send to access it but it's a tiny inconvenience for the security of our income.

The product is a pile of junk. I bought one for my retail store. Bolted it to the floor and it lasted less than 3 months. Neither of the 2 combinations would release the cylinders so I tried the keys which were supposed to open it and they would turn but the cylinders still would not release. We had the receipts from the previous day along with the starting cash for the next day in it, so the only choice I had was to get an 8lb sledge hammer and a pry bar to open it. We got in but there was no returning what was left of it after we did. It wasn't that hard to pry open and only took about 10 minutes. The only thing I can say is it worked great until it quit working. Unfortunately that was only 2 1/2month. I would never buy another one.

Just unboxed today 6/30/20 batteries are chinese generic, dented batteries that do not work.Keypad is flimsy and non responsive..Questionable safe at that.

The media could not be loaded. VERY CHEAP QUALITYAND YOU CAN EASILY PLACE HAND OR OTHER OBJECTS TO GET THINGS OUT OF THE BOXWE HAVE OTHER OTHER SAFE BOXES THAT ARE BUILT SIMILAR BUT DOESNT WORK TO GET ANYTHING OUT WIHTOUT OPENING DOOR

I thought that it is big. But size of the locker little bit small. I am using for my home. I find some other company locker bigger than this product with less price.locking instructions are easy.
