Real tahina, grinded it well to a rich and smooth texture, a slight bitter (in the good way since you won't feel cloying), a very balanced taste only real and great tahina tastes like this, I'm ready to purchase another batch!

It tasts bitter, not very fresh.

Makes very delicious hummus and also can be used in other dips. Super fresh and in case you wonder if its liquidy because of summer season and sesame in it releases its oil. But its the best in the market so far so good and is affordable plus if you don't want too much of this paste its the perfect quantity for me.

Smooth, no bitter taste. Mainly takes away the pain of making the perfect tahina from scratch every time I make hummus or Baba ganoush. Made my first batch of hummus and it turned out to be good. Added 3 tsps tahina, 1tsp lemon juice, half a tsp sea salt, blitz it, add the boiled chick peas, add (olive oil+water) as you blend through. Gives a perfect hummus. Drizzled with olive oil and some paprika and cumin powder. Super to dip with raw veggies for a snack!

No allergens...easy to eat not to much heavy...real taste of sesame
