It's tasty, super versatile, and very high quality. You're certainly paying more than if you were buying Nestle, but you earn that back in the quality, and the ethics of who you're buying from. I highly recommend it to any new or budding hobby bakers.

I know I could buy regular chocolate chips in the grocery store, but the difference between them and these is obvious. These have an extremely creamy texture and taste and melt so nicely in cookies. I've been buying them for years and probably will continue even though the price increased. They're exactly the same size as regular chocolate chips that you would buy in the store the quality of chocolate is superb.

The chocolates are so delicious. I used them to make dubai chocolates and they turned out so delicious. Very happy

These are great chocolate chips I’ve ordered them several times and they have come in perfect. Today the ice packs were warm and they were completely melted. Waste of money

Great product, but shipped just in a cardboard box. The chocolate seems to have shipped okay, but I bought it when the temprature outside was cooler. I would not purchase from this seller in the summer unless they change the way they package their product. My first time purchasing this chocolate (albeit a different seller), it came shipped in a foam container with ice packs and expected it to be similarly packaged this time. In the end, the chocolate is tasty and works well so far for everything from hot chocolate drinks and chocolate chip cookies, to molded chocolates and homemade peanut butter cups. I'll buy again...next winter.

This is an excellent chocolate for baking, much better than the standard supermarket varieties. I have been using it for years, and always get compliments on my flourless chocolate cakes and other chocolate desserts.

( regaló - medio kilo de chocolate ) Pedí 2.5 kg de chocolate Gallebaut, pero tenían un error en el sitio web y no tenían la bolsa de 2.5 kg de chocolate que necesitaba en el almacén, luego la empresa me trajo 2 bolsas de 1 kg cada una chocolate Gallebaut y también me dieron 1 kg de la bolsa chocolate cacao BARRY mexique ( el precio es más caro pero me dejan todos 3kg junto por precio de chocolate Gallebaut 2,5kg) . Servicio excelente y el chocolate bueno ,gracias.

Delicious and super easy to use. Honestly some of the tastiest chocolate I have tried. Melted easily and created delicious hot chocolate bombs. I don't think I will ever bother buying a different chocolate for baking.

Concernant cette livraison, je remercie vivement le vendeur pour le professionnalisme dont il a fait preuve en assurant la protection du sachet de chocolat avec un sac réfrigéré et un pain de glace pour l'expédition. Cela a permis au chocolat de tenir malgré une livraison reportée par l'incompétence de Post NL qui préfère déposer les colis en point relais sans prévenir les clients ni venir au domicile de ceux-ci comme prévu. Le vendeur a aussi été très agréable lors de notre échange concernant cette dite livraison. Merci !

Wer gute und hochwertige Schokolade zum Verarbeiten möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Der Preis ist natürlich auch ein wenig hoch, aber geschmacklich lohnt es sich wieder.
