Havells Octet Underlight 1320mm Ceiling Fan (Walnut Black Nickel)

Keeping it at fourstars because out of two units purchased one had imbalanced blades due to which fan was swinging a lot. Also ther unit when run on speed three beeps in between as if someone is fiddling with remote. Appearance is good. Light is on dimmer side but it is not supposed to replace tubelight so fine to create an ambiance. Warm light would have been a plus.

Its been 3 years since i brough this product. Infact i brought 2 no's of them. Both the fans has PCB issues and often stop running. I raised numerous service requests and numerious jobs were done. After every 6-7 months it stops working. When i call the service technician through thier web Havells Consumer Portal, he visits and everytime says "PCB issue". And that too they dont have stock of that. It takes 2-3 weeks to order and get the spare part. And then wait for 6 months for another set of stopages. I last 3 years, i found records for atleast 4 PCB changes for each fan.

अक्टूबर 23 में सेल के दौरान मंगवाया गया हैवल्स ब्रांड का यह पंखा शानदार गुणवत्ता का है भले ही मुझे यह कुछ खास कीमत में प्राप्त हुआ है परंतु कही भी कोई कमी नही है ब्रांड की पैकिंग में प्राप्त हुआ डिलिवरी वाले भाई साहब भली भांति परिचित हैं पते से तो कोई दिक्कत नही हुई बाहर से ही पता चल रहा था की 8 पंखुड़ी वाला पंखा मंगवाया हे पड़ोसी तो जल कर काले हो रहे थे पर चेहरे पर मजबूरन की खुशी दिखा रहे थे । मेने बॉक्स ✅ चेक किया पूरा समान सही था अब सिर्फ इंतजार था इलेक्ट्रिक भाई का तो उन्होंने भी दूसरे ही दिन कॉल किया और पता समझने के 2 घंटे में घर पर दस्तक दी फिर तुरंत थोड़ी बातचीत के बीच में फिटिंग कर दिया और रिमोट कंट्रोल समझा दिया । अब बात काम की पंखे में 1 और 2 वाली स्पीड कोई काम की नही है जो लाइट हे बीच में वो भी ब्राइट नही है आवाज नही करता है ये अच्छी बात है कीमत के हिसाब से कुछ महंगा हे प्रोडक्ट की क्वालिटी बहुत ही शानदार है कलर मुझे कुछ खास पसंद नही आया कुल मिलाकर अगर खर्च करने के लिए है तो बिलकुल लेलो Bldc मोटर बहुत ही स्मूथ चल रही हे Saller के द्वारा बहुत ही सही सर्विस दी गई नो डाउट Overall i like the product quality। and performance go for it

I would really appreciate its build quality and the performance... Awesome speed as well as good air flow which almost covers my entire room.
