Yes they should we used them for big raffle baskets . They all fit no issues and these are super clear and not wrinkly

As the dimensions of the bags are 24x30", they'd be overkill for a mere 9x12" box... unless it, or the stuff in it, were tall... or you wanted lots and lots of cellophane sticking up or flopping over dramatically :^)
