I’ve always liked Tillamook. Good quality and taste. Not too much pepper just the right amount.

Commercial cheese
This is a brand that likes to trade on it’s healthy, coastal location, clean air and happy dairy cows. It’s commercial cheese. It’s good enough but not the best by a long shot it’s a Jack cheese with dried chili flakes. I’m not even sure it comes from Oregon let alone the Oregon Coast. They say: “A few of our other cheeses are made by industry partners outside of Oregon who have the appropriate equipment and expertise for those specific flavors.”

package issue
The package showed up warm with the icepack completely thawed. The cheese isn't bad but the packaging was awful. I won't be ordering again.

Best Cheese Eva!
This is excellent cheese. All the flavors are fantastic. I got the chance to tour and sample these cheeses while visiting Oregon last month. I brought back some, but need more so am buying it from Amazon. This is wonderful cheese.
