Attachable music stand Size: Small

I like the size and convenience of this little mic stand. The only thing I would change is putting some kind of clip-on attachment on it to secure it to the mic stand, instead of having to screw it on. Also the screw-on attachment will on fit on the smallest part of the stand which on some stands is inconvenient. The other thing I would have liked is having some kind of attachment clip to keep your music from blowing away during outside gigs. Of course I add my own clip, but it would have been nice to have had it's own device already attached. But, it's still a great little stand to carry, since it is so small. Have converted my "cheat sheets" and play lists to 5x7 cards which fit very nicely on it.

Those who complained about the size of this stand obviously did not read the description before buying one. This stand can easily be attached to a mic stand. 8" x 5" index cards fit perfectly on this stand. If you can't read an 8x5 card from 2-3 feet away please visit an eye doctor right away.Or, join the 21st century and use the stand to hold a 7" tablet screen. I loaded my song lyrics and set lists on an inexpensive 7" tablet. No more paper shuffling or messy three-ring binders. This stand will keep things right where you need to see them but will look much more professional than a piece of cardboard and a clothespin.See photos.

I bought this to use in live music situations and like several other reviewers have pointed out, it is a bit small (half page sized?), but I was able to attach a piece of 1/4" luan plywood and a binder clip to it so that i could hold a set list, lead sheet, whatever.If you are looking for a small music stand option you could do a lot worse than this, but you may need to modify it.

Stand is very portable and will attach to mic stand or most guitar stands. Don't expect to attach a 3 ring binder to this stand, but if you can remove your page, or use note pads, this works great. Also is good for use with iPod, iPad, tablets, although I would use an elastic strap or velcro to ensue against an accidental bump to the stand. This stand does exactly what I wanted since I occasionally use notes, but don't need a large book holder.

I was looking for a compact and durable stand that would display my 4x6 index card-sized chord charts just above my keyboard. It had to be able to be securely attached to a mic stand and be adjustable. Finally, it had to be made of steel so that I could use a magnetic clip with it to hold the cards in place at breezy outdoor gigs. This stand satisfied all my requirements and was reasonably priced to boot!

It was slow to arrive, but a quality product.

I wound up sending this back. The dimensions aren't listed - Don't be fooled by the picture, you can't hold anything larger than a note card on here. The seller was great about it though. I marked it as 2 stars because I really don't know how much use this would be...

Its what I need and the 2nd one that I have bought, it does the job.
