Storex Plastic File Tote Storage Box with Snap-On Lid, Letter/Legal Size, Black/Silver (61528U01C)

I can't say enough about these boxes. I ordered two and they have transformed my life. The simple act of filing, once a mundane chore carried out only when my desk got too stacked to hold any more loose papers, has become an almost-daily ritual. After several blissful weeks with my boxes, the  Brother P-touch Electronic Labeling System, Royal Blue (PT80SCCP) , and a pack of  Pendaflex Recycled Standard Green 1/5-Cut Tab Hanging File Folders, 25 per Pack (81602) , I have decided to divorce my wife and fulfill my true destiny! No longer is my desk covered in piles of dated bills, receipts, and letters; I have brought order to disorder, defeating the self-multiplying replicants of chaos! Bending them to my will! I and my Storex Letter/Legal File Tote, Black/Silver, together, have assumed our rightful place as masters of organization!!

Decent for my purposes. One of the handle areas was a little "smooshed in" and it takes a little effort to get the lid to snap on right; but since my use of this is just to file random stuff and keep it in my closest, it's not imperative the lid be a tight seal.

Don't use this for very important documents. It is a plastic tub with a flimsy lid. Good for everyday storage, but not for anything you can not afford to lose.

The box is good quality for the price. Only downfall is that the lid doesn't stay securely on. It's perfect for my needs as we rarely move the box, but if you were going to be toting this around you may want to find something more secure.

I bought these to save a trip to the office store. Bad decision. I compared them to my old Rubbermaid versions, and these are not nearly as nice. Made of thin plastic; lid hard to work; sharp edges. Basically poor and not inexpensive; I could have had a better one. Get others.

Used the boxes for storage during a recent move. They were made of plastic and seemed flimsy and not very sturdy. Didn't break but did see feel like they would hold up to much weight or movement. The lids didn't snap on and hold, always had to be careful about stacking.

I received 3 totes. I opened the second box today and the lid is missing. Can it be replaced?

It's a plastic box. You can put stuff in it. It has an inner lip that lets you use hanging file folders. You'd think it would be hard to mess up a plastic box, but these folks have done it. The outer rim is razor sharp. If you are not are careful when moving the thing, you can get a very nasty cut. I did. If you must have one, keep kids away from it and use caution when handling it.

Me sorprendió el cambio de precio: ahora que escribo la reseña, el archivador está cuatro veces más caro que cuando lo compré; no sé si valga la pena la inversión, porque en otras papelerías grandes de México vi modelos como este y más baratos. En fin.Me parece que esta cajita está muy bien para usar folders colgantes. Se siente resistente. Tiene una canaleta que rodea todo el extremo superior de la caja, donde embonan bien los ganchos tanto de folders colgantes carta como de oficio, dependiendo de qué lado se acomode el fólder. La usé para folder oficio y calculo que deben haber cabido unas 500 hojas algo apretaditas. La tapa cierra muy bien cuando ocupé todo el espacio.

This box is very flimsy, the lid does not secure at all! Would definately not recommend this.
