The product is sturdy and locks securely. One of the items was damaged in shipping. The seller was extremely helpful in replacing the item. I would purchase from them again.

I received the bins in a large box, not marked “Fragile “ Inside was a smaller box marked “Fragile “ Of course it is the Holiday Season so I expect someone would have thrown the box around anyway. The problem is that there was absolutely NO protective foam barrier between the larger box and the smaller one. Even a 4 corner foam barrier could have prevented what happened. EVERY box Lid was Cracked! They are usable; however, I need storage bins that will not let bugs or rodents in and that’s why I chose all plastic with lock down lids. I believe that I can fix the problem with Gorilla Glue and some spare plastic that I have around here as I don’t feel like sending them back and starting over. All of the bins are intact and fully functional. I do have to say that for a 6 pack of 32 Qt plastic storage bins with lock on lids, they are at a good price point. If the manufacturer shipped them so that the bins and lids arrived entirely intact, I would definitely give 5 stars For receiving 6 cracked lids, these get 3 stars

One of them came cracked, so I’m not sure how good the plastic is but they look great and probably will last if you aren’t going in and out of them frequently

Just what I needed but two of the bins were missing the black clamp. It was to the two at the bottom, so I didn't notice while I was placing items in the other bins. I don't want to go through the hassle of shipping all of them back. Disappointed so I deducted stars.
